Imagine you open a discussion and in this discussion people reply as in this one.
When someone use the right way to reply with a mention two email notification is sent.
I suggest this should be avoided because two email notification (one for a new post posted and the other one for the mention) create confusion and is spamming.
If a mention is done maybe the new post email alert should be not sent.
Just one email, new post or mention, not both.
This also happen on the system notification.
Two notification for the same message. Bad!
