BayuHerkuncahyo I use namecheap just for my domain, i was using the shared hosting with them too, but not match with my need so i use VPS to host my forum instead. I use Vultr now, so far its good, was considering to use digitalocean too..
r4nchy I will say my experience with Namecheap I have a Stellar hosting (1 Gb physical memory) before buying a new hosting I asked the support if it was enough for hosting flarum and they confirmed it. And it turned out it did. I was perfectly able to install flarum with some help from namecheap support. I installed many extensions without any issue or error. BUT now after a month later I tried installing new extensions and I couldn't, so as usual I turned towards namecheap support and this time they recommended me to upgrade my hosting to Stellar Plus WTF
