Are you thinking of one of the WYSIWYG editor extensions? There have been a few, all of which are no longer compatible, so please don't try to install them.

None of those extensions are compatible with Flarum right now, so there's no strictly WYSIWYG editor available. However, you can use the Flarum Markdown extension which creates a toolbar of formatting options on the post composer. Flarum also provides a preview of your post so you can see what it looks like.

Gatsu It's Flarum's bundled Markdown extension. You'll find it in the Extensions tab of your Administration panel called Markdown.

TOWUK If php flarum info is not defined, then Flarum is not installed or your Flarum is misconfigured (you need a recognized and working config.php available to Flarum). Please open a new discussion if you're having issues with this, let's not drag this off-topic for OP.

Gatsu php flarum info should return a successful response, if it errors or does nothing then make sure you're in the same folder as the flarum executable file.

Gatsu Somehow, it's not installed on your forum. Either it was removed, or the installation didn't complete properly.

As TOWUK said, run composer require flarum/markdown in order to install. Enable it, and you should be all set!
