User page gives 404 error when use user's page url

I can see user page when I click user name in forum discussions. But I can't show user page if I tried to access it with URL from browser's search field.

The permission "View user directory" also controls who can access the user profiles. I think it's currently set to Admin in your screenshot.

Regarding the few cases where it's still possible to load up the profile even when you don't have the permission, we have an existing issue about it flarum/core1680
