It's really incredible that people feel so entitled to an entertainment product or service that they'll send death threats. Everyone deserves to be treated as a human being, even if we wind up disappointed in the actions or statements they make.
This is a great reminder that great products are worth waiting for. So if you don't expect the product to be great anymore, don't wait for it (walk away). And if you feel like demanding it on your timetable, you must not expect it to be great.
