.mp4/streaming Extension

Is there an extension that will allow a user to upload an .mp4 and the .mp4 becomes stream-able? Is there anything close to this functionality?

L1fe You should be able to configure FOF Upload to upload mp4s, and then use FOF Formatting (AutoVideo) to play them embedded.
