Some of your plug-ins can't be uninstalled directly through the background, nor can you use the remove composer. Very bad experiences, such as fof/links, and pages so on.
If I use the composer remove:
composer remove fof/links
Dependency "flarum/core" is also a root requirement, but is not explicitly allowed. Ignoring.
Loading composer repositories with package information
Updating dependencies (including require-dev)
Package operations: 0 installs, 0 updates, 1 removal

Removing fof/links (0.3.0)
Writing lock file
Generating autoload files

You can run './vendor/bin/upgrade-carbon' to get help in updating carbon and other frameworks and libraries that depend on it.

g7net The output that you've posted seems to indicate that the extension had been uninstalled.

The uninstall button in the admin interface usually just deletes the extension's data (if anything) - it doesn't actually uninstall them.

If you're having issues with popular community extension's like Pages and Links, you may want to post in their discussions for help.

Agree with datitisev - looks like this has been successfully removed.
