Martin128 using CSS, you could add additional padding so that the search can be scrolled into view.

Using the javascript extension API, you could re-order menu links.

Or you could also create your own search experience from scratch with an extension.

We're happy to accept PRs to core if there's an accessibility issue with the current approach.

That’s weird yet interesting 🧐

I see that you were using Chrome for Android and I’m using Chrome for iOS and I don’t have that issue. Might be Android specific or whatever keyboard you are using for your phone or maybe even the custom Android OS Huawei uses 🤔

For me, as soon as the keyboard pops up, the search input comes into focus and positions itself right above the keyboard so that I can see what I’m typing into the input field.

Might need to test this on the latest Chrome version for Android or just Android in general to see if I can replicate this issue.

I think it depends on the size of your phone a size of your keyboard. I also use swift key and it doesn't block the search field but it does block all the results for me...
