Signup Error Pc Version

Hello, I am not getting this error on mobile version.
I'm just getting this error on the computer.
The error I got: "Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again."
But registration is successful.

I use Plesk server, yandex mail.

Wixca if it's an email error it's odd that it doesn't happen on mobile.

The error log seems to indicate your mail credentials are incorrect. Can you share a screenshot of your mail settings page with the password hidden?

Or alternatively, maybe your server is now allowed to connect to external servers.

Do you still receive the activation email when signing up on mobile?

Thanks a lot, the problem was caused by my server.
I transferred it to another server and opened all ports, the problem seems to be fixed.
