AhmedShiboub can you share the new output of it still doesn't work after moving to the correct directory? If you've never done that before, check the usage of the cd (change directory) linux command.
If it says "composer.json has been created" or "deleting composer.json" it means you're not in the correct place, as this file should already exist in the Flarum directory. That's also the directory containing config.php.
