Some people can not register or login bug ?

i dont know why but some people can not register or login. they are just getting error
i can not replicate the error because %99 people not getting this error.
i even created a username and password for one person even than he can not login ! get error.
this is crazy i dont know how to trace this problem.

i have made them change computer, tablet, phone, ip reset, disableantivirus. noone of them worked.

error is "something got wrong. please reflesh the page and try again"

sinanisler Flarum errors are logged to <flarum>/storage/logs. Take a look at the full error message there or enable debug in config.php and try again.

another problem but lookslike mail have problem i will disable that for now.

sinanisler you can check the time of the issue and match that with the logs to identify which issue happened to which users.

But seeing the log contains (almost?) exclusively SMTP issues I think it's safe to say that's the issue those people were having at registration. If you want to be extra certain, you can temporarily set debug to true in config.php and try registering, the full error message will be visible right from the page.

When a user registers, an email is sent to them to confirm the email address. If mail doesn't work, the account is created but the mail fails to send, causing an error page.

EDIT: I see some of the mail error are timeouts. Maybe your mail server or the internet connection between your web server and mail server is unreliable.

Unreliable connection or rate limited since Yandex is a public mail service not designed for mass emails.

tankerkiller125 i think this is the most likely error
after disabling the stmp problem solved.
i rollback to the phpmail instead. it works fine. opened a working mail for the community.
