I just like to have a discussion with 'Guidelines for members' at the top of the list when viewing the list of 'all discussions'. I assumed the concept of "sticky" was for that. However, it doesn't work that way; the sticky post moves down when new discussions are added. I have seen a lot of posts on this topic but not a simple solution to this simple need.
To my surprise this forum does have a number of sticky discussions that stay neatly at the top of the list. How did that happen and how can I apply it?
