teletubbie you mean prevent the use of the [size] bbcode?
You could disable the whole bbcode extension, or use an extension of your own to manually disable the size tag in our bbcode parser.
To customize the size of titles added with markdown ### or ---- syntax, you could use custom CSS to target the h1, h2, [...] tags created inside of .Post-body.
