I absolutely do not understand how this happened, but for no apparent reason, all the labels lost their connection with the language packs.
core.lib.error.generic_message?
I've tried disabling the Russian language pack, enabling and disabling the English pack, disabling Linguist, resetting the cache - nothing helps.
What could have happened and how can you fix it?

If I select the local language (Russian) in the admin part and add a language selector, then go to the main page of the forum and select English - everything is displayed in Russian.
If in the admin part I select the default language English, and on the main page I select Russian with the selector, everything is displayed in English.
If I select Russian in the admin panel (by default) and on the main page, the connection with the language is lost and the code is displayed. It's the same with English. It turns out that the opposite is true.
