I have installed flarums 2 times to check this, but every time it has failed to work. I am trying to install flarums it never gets set up properly and I am not sure how to fix it. I've installed Composter & XAMPP, I also have HeidiSQL which may be interfering with it, but I use it for a different project so I really have no idea. I really appreciate any help received.
(I was following a tutorial, it was pretty old so that's why I'm assuming it doesn't work.)
