I want to add a Verification Mark to know that the user is legit and not a fake one (such as replacing L with a capital i),
And i was wondering how to do that.

You could use a Flarum group that you give to some users. The group doesn't need to have any special permission.

There are some existing extensions to show group names beside the username and to use the group color in avatar or username which could be used in combination with that.
