Tag Corruption / MySQL deadlock

Hello! Randomly when moving tags I will get 500 errors in my console logs after getting the "oops something went wrong message". When this happens, I have to hard refresh to get it to stop as it will spam stack the message. After doing so, the majority of my primary tags will turn into secondary tags. If I make the mistake of moving any tags before refreshing again, it will save the messed up tags.

scripthead can you share your php flarum info? Did you recently enable new extensions?

What database software and version are you using?

The extensions I've recently enabled are fof terms, fof discord login, discussion views, fof user diresctory, and reflar polls

The mysql version from the flarum dash shows up as "8.0.20-0ubuntu0.19.10.1". It's the one that came from the ubuntu package repo.

I've only had this forum running not even 24 hours. I've recently switched over from MyBB

Possibly unrelated to this issue, I’d like to inform you that reflar/polls is deprecated and advise that you to migrate over to fof/polls which is it’s successor 😁
