Flarum RTL extension

This is finally here.
Yes,it's Flarum RTL extension separately.
No need to install Arabic language to get it and yes it's built for beta 5

To install just run

composer require flarumarabia/flarum-ext-rtl *@dev

hamedkouhfallah This extension is marked correctly as Incompatible with the latest version of Flarum. Don't try to install any extension you find in the Incompatible tag.
