I would like to build a forum for sharing videos base on cloud storage, like this one.

chaos369 using a combination of FoF Upload and AutoVideo in FoF Formatting should allow something like this I believe.

Is there one cloud provider in particular you'd like to support? Are you thinking about one cloud that provides its own video player? For that situation, creating a custom MediaEmbed site to embed an iframe would be a possible solution. There's a list of bundled providers for MediaEmbed here https://s9etextformatter.readthedocs.io/Plugins/MediaEmbed/Sites/ (This means links to those sites will be turned into iframes/embeds, you'll probably still need to implement a custom adapter in FoF Upload for the actual uploading)

chaos369 Just an FYI, if this is intending to host pirated content as your example implies, we may not be able to help here. The generic concept, like a Dropbox or Plex solution, is a cool one and could be a useful extension for a Flarum site.

clarkwinkelmann video site like youtube use centralized storage to keep user content, I meant the user can store the content in their own storage like google drive, onedrive, and we provide simple interface to upload and share. Users can control the content by themselves, like group view, secret view, paid view...
To keep user's content security and to avoid huge traffic.
