String convention used in Language YAML files.

Hello! @luceos suggested I would make a discussion to talk about why are some strings wrapped in quotation marks and others aren't, in the language YAML files. It appears @Dominion is responsible for these files?

This information (and much else found on that page) will also be added to the Localization documents when they're written. In the meantime, we ask that you please use the i18n docs as a reference.
