I enabled tags in the extension area, but in the admin area there is only the section 'flarum-tags.admin.nav.tags_button', and in that area the 'flarum-tags.admin.tags.create_tags_button' button does not have the open to make a new tag a primary or not. So, my first tag is an 'primary' tag, but all other tags are 'secondary'.
This is on the hosted version of Flarum. Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to solve it? It seems like I must be missing something because even on the side nav bar the 'Tags' button says 'flarum-tags.forum.index.tags_link', which I do not see where to edit that value either.
