Changing link attributes for a particular post/thread

On my forum, I want to have the ability for some posts/threads to give SEO link juice to the site they are linking to. As an example, I might allow someone to make a promotional post, and as part of that, I want the links to their website to benefit their SEO (i.e. selectively remove nofollow tags).

At the same time, I don't want any random user to see that I am allowing followable links everywhere which brings extra spam.

Not sure how to get the href value here, but you can look at symfony dom crawler documentation.

I'm not sure about the nofollow thing. I get your point, but I'm not sure what the industry standard is for links like those. For now I think the approach was to keep all internal links dofollow.

Whatever we decide to do, a community extensions could be created to make these changes.
