emmamutlu you should be able to update by following the instructions of both beta 13 and beta 14 updates. You can see they are mostly the same, so you can run each command only once. The commands we share always jump to the latest possible version, so this means beta 13 instructions will make you jump to beta 14 right away, assuming all extensions are compatible.

In some circumstances, if an extension supports the latest beta but has received a major update between the version installed and the version compatible, you might have to completely uninstall it and install it again once the update is finished, otherwise Composer might not be able to perform the update.

In this specific instance, you appear to still have extensions that aren't compatible with Flarum beta 14 installed (upload, sitemap, spamblock, ...). Those will prevent the update to beta 13.

You might be able to already update to beta 13 in the meantime however. I think that's what Composer is actually trying to do in your output. But there's that mysterious error with fof/components:0.2.0 that I don't know where it could come from, since none of the extensions visible in your screenshots require that particular version.

Could you share the output of composer why fof/components ?
