permissions error

OS: centos 8
Although I have set the file permissions correctly, it gives this error and I cannot start the installation.

DursunCan can you tell us more about your permissions?

Can you share the output of the ls -la command in your Flarum folder so we can see the owner and permission of the files?

It's also important to know which user the webserver runs as.

For anyone reading this, check your php-fpm configuration and make sure it’s the correct user running the module.

Running Centos 7 and nginx I had to change apache to nginx in /etc/php-fpm.d/www.conf and run sudo systemctl restart php-fpm.
