Mobile Version doesn't show Logo and Profile Image

Hi community,

on the computer my Forum works well. But when I visit my forum via smartphone, the logo and the profil images can't be seen. What could be the problem? Any ideas?

On mobile the website logo (top left) is only visible when opening the hamburger menu.

Where are profile images missing? Can you share a screenshot and/or a link?

And what is hamburger menu? 😅 Shame on me.

I'm referring to the mobile menu on the left. Those are sometimes called "hamburger" because of the 3-dash icon used to open the menu which looks like a hamburger 🙉

The problem with avatars is happening on which mobile browser? Did you try a different browser?

Ah ok 🙂 but even in the hamburger menu my logo doesn't show up.

I'm using chrome mobile browser.

That's very odd. Are you able to try in another browser or share a link so one of us here can test on our own device?

Are you using the correct protocol (http:// vs https://) and domain (www or no-www) on both desktop and mobile? Flarum only works correctly from the url you used during installation (which can be changed in config.php)

Ok. Now I have the answer for the problem. The logo and avatar on my desktop was shown because it was in my cache. So I had to reuplode both. Now it´s shown on dekstop and mobile.
But I don´t know, why this problem happened. I only installed the german extension and then the grafics were gone.
