on PC：
click the Notifications Icon，you will see a notification list with only one page.
on Mobile (open the Chrome debug mode for Mobile or user Mobile devices):
open the Navigation Drawer and click Notifications item,you will see a list with unlimited swipes.
I think the PC and mobile terminal should be consistent here, so the option of Load More should be added on the Notifications page of PC.
