Is kinda boring watch how new users arrive at forums to add a link to their site again and again, adding very low valuable content.
Maybe already exists, but i need to know if exists an extension or a way which stop this kind of behaviour. For example, at stackoverflow, until you have a minimun number of questions/points/antiquity the posted urls aren't parsed. In this way, you can publish all the URLs you want because these will not be processed until you meet the requirements.
