Creating admin panel tab

I write all php backend of my extension but i didnt understand how can i add as a admin panel tab. Can someone help me
My english is not enough to understand dont try to explain, just send me a example, i will understand like this

Just need a empty extension example, added admin panel tab and admin panel tab's page written 'EXAMPLE'

BilgehanArslan just take a look at fof/upload the js/admin part of it. I recommend building for beta 15 as it's implementation is slightly different.
