krapas since none of those extensions have a discussion here on Discuss, I doubt they ever reached production stage.

Maybe you can contact the original authors through their git email or Discord (if they are there). Maybe not those inactive since 5 years, but I see some more recent commits on some of the forks.

if one of you guys is interested to make this language pack work again, and want to became an active mantainer of this package, we can help you to setup a new repository into flarum-lang.
After that, through weblate interface u can start translating flarum and extension.
