I think it is useless to show all of the long posts whew we enter the profile page. It would be nice if we could define the character limit.

Flarum has shortened previews in discussion lists, but there's no such thing for the post list component.
I think that would be perfect material for a community extension.

In order to make the view simpler and more understandable and to give an equal chance to be read in each entry, the read more button automatically appears. It is automatically added when you are over a certain character and the text is limited. If you want to read the rest, you can click this button. It prevents long texts from reducing the likelihood of the next entry being read.

actually we have two ways to do that, the first is like this:
this will control the post lenght, and show a read more button if exceed lenght parameter, but this will watch only the text inside <p>.
or u prefer that he watch all the single post?
