I really like your forum, despite the fact that there are still very few extensions for it, there are no topics at all, nevertheless I really like it and I have a few questions for the developers. 1. Are you planning to make a paid engine? 2. Will there be a store of extensions and themes 3. Will there be themes at all? 4. Is there a paid development of extensions to order? 5. Do you plan to transfer the real time forum to node.js bots instead of pusher?

Flarum will not be paid. It will remain open source.
https://extiverse.com (disclaimer my personal side project) is currently the most up-to-date gallery of extensions and premium (paid) extensions. It has detailed information about compatibility and offers additional functionality like the extiverse helper.
Themes are possible; right now most modifications are made primarily using CSS/Less. However customizations abound like those showcased by https://devnl.nl, https://community.giffgaff.com and many others. I can only expect that extensions that are leaning more into the theme area will pop up towards and beyond stable (planned for early next year).
Several community members offer services for commissioned work; best is to look through the services tag or post your own request; being specific helps.
Right now there are no plans to create an alternative extension for our bundled pusher extension; there are already alternatives, see https://extiverse.com/extension/kyrne/websocket for instance. Building or commissioning an extension for alternative websocket drivers should be possible though 😉
