Natoons Hi, I just bought my site in a hosting that has SSH access . My goal is to put flarum like this: mysite.fr/forum I installed putty, and I read: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/1342-cpanel-flarum-ssh-install-steps ![https:/https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/369174406909394944/792871419993915392/unknown.png](https://)
luceos Natoons I installed putty, and I read: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/1342-cpanel-flarum-ssh-install-steps What exactly is your question?
Natoons luceos How to say that flarum must be installed on the link: mysite.fr/forum I don't want flarum to install on mysite.fr How to do it on Putty ?
EvilExecutor Natoons Simple create the Directory Forum, install flarum in it & do https://docs.flarum.org/install.html#customizing-paths
Natoons After the installation, I type on my browser mysite.fr/flarum Here is that message: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
clarkwinkelmann Natoons check file permissions and that Apache rewrites are enabled There's also a difference between /flarum and /flarum/. The second one is the one to use. Usually Apache will redirect the first to the second when it notices it's a folder.
