TMRware please check all relevant log files for a message.
Flarum log file probably doesn't exist during installation, but otherwise it would be found at <flarum>/storage/logs
PHP system logs are the next place to look for.
You might also want to check the network tab of the browser to see the response of the request, maybe it contains PHP notices or warnings in the body.
