SallyMelek Sorry - my mistake 🙂 If you want this to appear under the navigation bar then this would require an extension, or do do it crudely, using absolute css positioning - then it wouldn't look right as the container div would not automatically move to accommodate the new entry.
Does it have to be shown there ? To me, too many ads are a negative experience.
