Dear Flarum Community,
I would like to take the opportunity of this discussion to solve my problem, which is really close to what karman has just described, this is why I am asking my question right here.
My Flarum forum is dedicated to people living in my building. I have set an .htpasswd file to make the forum accessible through a "general password" (known by everyone here), making it not mandatory to sign in to read forum posts. Building residents only have to sign in if they want to post articles.
But I don't like this .htpasswd way of entering the forum: people need to type an Apache login and password, which is not relevant in my case. Would there be any Flarum extension which makes it possible to put a general password before entering (with a customized sentence before), besides keeping normal Flarum accounts after this step?
Thanks!
