Not sure which extension is causing issues but maybe there is anise between one of these:
The last two discussion replies I approved on my site went straight to delete. I was able to un-delete but the behavior seems a bit wonky. Like I approve and it not there.
The last one I approved and it was delete, then I un-deleted it and it came back but I had the exact same post to re-approve. And then I had double posts and had to delete one of the two.
