LittleZackoTaco if you mean FreeFlarum, it's a community-managed service. If the issue only happens with their service and not when installing a forum locally, you should contact their support.
"Normal" way to install Flarum is to self-host using https://docs.flarum.org/install.html
Can you share some screenshots of what is happening? Where do you expect the button to be visible, and when does it changes? Do you perform a particular action before it disappears? We need more information.
