nick_1997 unfortunately installing Flarum without SSH/Composer access is not officially supported so you might need to figure out some things by yourself here.
You can copy your composer and lock file to a compatible server or local, run the update there, then push the files back to the server without SSH access. For best results the setup needs to be identical, or you must specify the platform in the Composer file for Composer to download the correct dependencies for the PHP version and operating system of your server.
There are many cheap hostings meeting Flarum requirements for Composer, it will probably save you a lot of time and effort to migrate to a different hosting.
Feel free to open a new support discussion if you are experiencing a particular issue. But as said above, we might not be able to help if you don't have SSH/Composer access on the server.
