Bishwas-py basically it means something that is ready to solve the problem, you just install it and go.
clarkwinkelmann is saying that this would require someone to code the solution, either as an extension or a PR for Flarum. It isn't on the roadmap for Flarum itself at this time, and there's nothing available that exists currently to make it happen.
Someone needs to build it.
