High TTFB

Anyone having sudden bizarre issues with unusually high TTFB ? I think this is probably the result of a rogue CDN somewhere, but am curious. Here's the output of a curl test conducted against my site

Anyone seeing similar ? I've gone through the stages of even removing all extensions and the problem still persists ! Very strange

It's not the host either. I spun a replica using OVH and have exactly the same results !
