Extensions not working

I installed recent version of Flarum - everything seems to work well. I tried then to install the recent German language pack. Composer did it without any error message (all in green).
But when I am going to the admin menu and if I enable German it's not working - texts are sill in English or are missing.
What went wrong?

You have to choose your default language in the settings and maybe change the language in the frontend if you run multiple languages. If this is already done, it may help to clear the cache.
