Desktop to mobile performance difference.

As the title says I have noticed the considerable performance difference that exists in Flarum with respect to desktop and mobile. I do not know if it is a known problem and if it is something that is already taken into account for future versions of Flarum. Here is the comparison of results in PageSpeed Insights.

Can you share your results, I would like to know if some of you also have problems and if you have managed to solve them in some way ... both with Flarum and with server settings? Memcached or Redis Cache could help?

Trombert [deleted] This is related to the way Google calculates those scores/speeds. Essentially what it comes down to is that Google calculates the Desktop speed using the average home internet speed (easily above 10-15Mbs) where as they calculate the mobile speed using the average 3G mobile speed, which averages about 3Mbs and has far higher latency.

tankerkiller125 Correct. It's also unrealistic. I have my phone on 4G and the connection speed is much faster than Google thinks it is !

tankerkiller125 That's interesting information, I had no idea it was like that, I'll keep it in mind and it makes quite a bit of sense, as @[deleted] says it's not exactly realistic....

Trombert I solved them one by one. However, one big coup was to replace the fof/cookie-consent extension with my own simpler version. This gave me another 20 points as soon as I did this 👍
