Deleting anything on the forum gives an error

I have sticky a discussion and then I want to delete the sticky record, but after clicking the delete button, I get the following error.

When I refreshed the forum, the sticky record disappeared.

Not only do I get an error deleting sticky records, but I also get an error deleting discussions and comments, but when I refresh the page, it shows that the deletion was successful.

giter can you share the output of the php flarum info command in the Flarum directory?

This error is basically just a 404 error displayed with debug mode on. It means you probably tried to delete the same post 2 times, it was successful the first time, and the second time it's 404 because it's already deleted.

Maybe you somehow managed to click the delete button two times (double-click?) or maybe there was a javascript error in the browser that prevented the interface from refreshing and you tried clicking the button again? If it's the latter, there might be a javascript error in the browser console.

I too experience this........when a discussion is deleted it become invisible but neither page is refreshed nor we go to homepage.......it then just shows:

Something went wrong

I previously thought that is normal.

That sounds like something different. Do you have debug mode enabled? It might show "Something went wrong" for 404 errors in debug mode. However in production mode, if "Something went wrong" shows up, it means an actual error different from "not found" occurred.

lakshya this error occurred on your forum on 19th February (2 days ago), but it might be related since it seems to happen upon post deleting?

That's the only error I see that happened on your forum recently. If it happens again, please check the console for errors too, as it could be a client-side issue

I remember this error happening a long time ago on my forum too, still not sure what was causing it. It seems that there are many reasons why it could fail

When I close this extension, delete the discussion is back to normal, look forward to fixing this bug soon
