010101 If you want to help out visitors on a website would you rather use/see a chatbot or a tour with popups? This isn’t for Flarum. I’m just curious what this community thinks. Is a chatbot (if programmed well) better to help out visitors, or boxes pointing to what to do?
katos Personally, I too would say a tour. BUT, having suffered through enough of them, give your users the option to select whether they want a tour, or if they prefer to skip 🙂
