lakshya you mean problem as in the values are not accepted, or problem as in not looking good?
You can insert values as HEX formatting like #000000 for black. I think it is also possible to use rgb(a).
Basically it's used as a CSS value for color somewhere down the line.

The defaults on install are primary #4D698E secondary #4D698E (same)
This forum uses #E7672E and #3C5675, but we recommend you find something unique for yours 🙂
