When I tested whether using redis correctly, I found the following errors:

g7net what kind of hosting are you using? It seems like your host disabled some PHP features.

pcntl_alarm can't delete。

If you manage this server you will need to enable that function in the php.ini. Best way is to google that accompanied by your OS, eg enable pcnt_alarm ubuntu 20.04 and then follow the instructions if they make sense.
