Composer window fullscreen mode overflows screen

Composer window fullscreen mode overflows screen. How can I solve this problem? Bottom tools bar is not visible fully.

I changed .Composer.fullScreen top: 3rem to see top of composer bot now I cant see bottom.

As I guessed, the source of the problem was the discussion cards plugin. I can only think of it that changes Css. I turned it off I cleared the cache, the problem was gone. I guess it is necessary to open a thread for a plugin. I have created issue for this.
