Permission denied error during installation

Hi all

I am trying to install flarum and after filing all the initial form, I get the error below;

Something went wrong: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1025 Error on rename of '.\questions\#sql-a6c_7' to '.\questions\q_api_keys' (errno: 13 "Permission denied") (SQL: alter tableq_api_keysadd primary keyq_api_keys_id_primary(id))
I am using root with no password. Sometimes it pases this stage and complains of the same error on config table or access token table. Kindly assist.

LukmanJaji please post the output of your database version. I'm not sure we can be of any help as permission denied errors usually are a MySQL user configuration thing.
