Limit posts per day within a tag

Maybe an extension to limit posting within a specific tag?

For example, allowing users to post 3 times within all TAG X discussions every 24 hours, and post once within a single discussion in TAG X every 24 hours.

Or maybe allowing users to post 10 times a day within the whole forums. Lots of options to think of. And of course, adding the permission to bypass posting limits.

This, and the ability to set posts to automatically soft delete after so many days. Two very different functionalities but both related to limiting. The extension could simply be called, “Limits.”
