There's an extension for this. Note that this cache is only used for limit things, like the text formatter.

I believe this would need an extension.
I'll note that Flarum doesn't cache that much by default; you might be interested in the Recache extension. If you're having performance issues compared to FreeFlarum, you might want to investigate potential issues in your setup. Not necessarily even in terms of resources (Flarum doesn't require a lot of resources), but consider potential latency with the DB, and location / latency of the server.
